Personal Coach Pricing
Personal coaching is priced per session, not per hour. A session can last anything up to 2 hours depending on whether it is being conducted outside or in a therapy room.
1 session costs £45 and there is no minimum amount of sessions to purchase. All email, message and phone support between sessions is completely free. 

First session is always free so you can see if working with me is right for you.
